trains and taxi crabs

Chicago was amazing-the train was the way to travel with two busy babes. Kyla was amazed that she was able to eat, sleep and potty all on the train and the busier we kept Asher the happier he was...We visited Shedd Aquarium then rode on a water taxi (boat) to Navy Pier, rode the Ferris wheel, got caught in a down pour, did a rain dance, walked to Millennium Park (3 times), enjoyed the Farmer's Market in the heart of the Loop, enjoyed Wrigley Field at the Cards/Cubs game, dined outdoors at a local pizza joint, ate ice cream in the bathtub (as not to mess up our swanky hotel room), and frequented the local Walgreens for who knows what, at least twice a day. Not a vaca to the remote isles of Bora Bora, but until then this will do....

I asked Kyla what she liked most about the trip to Chicago-being with Mawmaw and Pawpaw and riding in the taxi 'crabs.' ahhh.. the little things in life.

Asher is now 10 months old and has quite the personality, those of you who've met him have known this since he came out of the womb... and I've known it before then. This boy NEVER stops. Always on the move, looking for things to get into. I had a few hilarious videos to share, but for some reason 'blogger' isn't replaying them. If any of you bloggers know a video downloading secret, let me know!
